Behavioural Problems

93D89ACE-96DF-4C25-8468-6AC44FD7C7DC.jpegEver have one of those cards that behaves like a wicked child?  This one gave me lots of grief from the get go…but here it is.

I heat embossed the floral image from Studio Katia in white onto vellum. Then I coloured the back with some PITT big brushes.

Next I coloured some cardstock with the same turquoise colour and heat embossed the sentiment.

I’ve had excellent luck with the vellum adhesive I’ve been using…till today. Some weird stuff happened at the top when attaching the vellum. So I coloured another strip of cardstock and covered up the mess…sigh.

A smattering of sequins…oh those little beggars didn’t want to stick today,  but I persevered.

Back soon with more my sweet friends…

Paper:  Neenah Solar White and vellum!!!

Ink:  Versamark

Stamps:  Studio Katia Blooming Bunch and Lovely Blooms

Misc: heat tool, embossing buddy, Brutus Monroe Alabaster embossing powder, Faber-Castell PITT artist pen big brushes, Studio Katia sequins and adhesives!!!

  1. I think we all have those “wicked” cards that give us grief. The good thing is that you persevered Lee-Anne. I tend to give up if there are too many things that go wrong. 🙂 I love how the card turned out. The colours are amazing together … so bright and beautiful. The strip at the top looks like it was meant to be there. xx
