Water Coloured Shaker

82D3F67B-1BCB-4776-BBC0-87C748D2CE0AIt’s Day 3 of Kathy Racoosin’s 30 Day Colouring Challenge. I’ve has this card in my head for a while and decided that today was the day.

The background is stencil mono print made with Distress Oxides. I have a  tutorial  on Splitcoaststampers if you’d like to try this. It’s quick and easy.

Then I watercoloured the floral image along with some extra leaves from the same Studio Katia Set. Next they were fussy cut.

I used a Dual Stitched Rectangle Die to make my shaker card, along with some beautiful sequins.

The sentiment was added to the front of the acetate window with Stazon Ink.

Back soon with more my sweet friends.

Misc: Stencil Girl Succulents stencil, water mister, adhesives, paint brush, Shimmering Ice Fusion sequins from Studio Katia, Dual Stitched Rectangle Die from Lil’ Inker Designs, acetate, Brutus Monroe Alabaster embossing powder, heat tool

  1. WOW! Another gorgeous stencil monoprint. Glad you mentioned it in the last post because I didn’t get notification of this post. I love the soft colours of the background which are perfect for a shaker card. The bold watercoloured and fussy-cut flower in the corner is like a piece of jewelry to finish the card. Great work Lee-Anne! xx
