Dazzling Diva #59

It’s Wednesday and that means another Add a Little Dazzle Dazzling Diva Challenge.  Our focus this week is Valentine’s Day and music.  So here’s a little inspiration to get you started:

And here’s my take on it:

The background was stamped with a musical score, but I omitted some areas for interest and a bit of an aged look.  I used Add a Little Dazzle Scarlet Red for the heart frame, but wanted an area to stamp the sentiment, so I cut off one row of the strung hearts.

A simple stamped sentiment, a few wood veneer hearts with some added Stickles and done!

Here’s what I used:

Add a Little Dazzle Craft Metal

Scarlet Red

Scarlet Red Metal Sheet

Paper:  Bazzill Marshmallow
Stamps:  Stampendous Music Score and Paper Smooches Word Salad
Ink:  Hero Arts Soft Graphite and Ranger Jet Black Archival
All the other stuff:  Big Shot Pro, Simon Says Stamp Floating Hearts die, Studio Calico wood veneer hearts, Silver Stickles, adhesives

Would love to have you join our Dazzling Diva Challenge!   Use of AALD craft metal sheets is not a requirement to play along, but we’d love to see you use them! There is a $15 gift certificate up for grabs.

  1. Love all the whimsical hearts! You were correct in omitting some of the musical score…it really draws your eye in. I also love the extra dimension – and of course the sparkles.

  2. Just gorgeous!!! Love the red metal hearts strung across the card… they look so luxurious and shiny :0)
Thanks for joining in the challenge at PS Sparks this week :0)
