Sequined Notes

A quick little 4.25″ x 4.25″ card today.

It starts off with an dry embossed square frame.  Next I sponged three different shades of pink ink through a stencil inside the frame.  Then, the little bird image was stamped off before stamping in black.  And, added some Wink of Stella marker for some shimmer.  Then the three little notes were stamped and I added some sequins for the bottom part of the notes and done!

Here’s what I used:
Paper:  Gina K. pure luxury white
Ink:  Hero Arts soft pink, bubble gum, pale tomato and blackboard
Stamps:  Hero Arts Bird, Hero Arts Everyday Sayings and JustRite Musical Notes Labels Twenty
All the other stuff:  Big Shot Pro, square nestie, Hero Arts Tweed Pattern stencil, sponges, clear Wink of Stella marker, sequins

Challenges entered:
Less is More:  one layer anything goes
Card Concept #3: monochromatic pinks (clean and simple)
Simon Says Stamp:  we love stamps
Splitcoast Stampers:  sketch challenge 475

Back soon with more…

  1. Such a sweet card! That Hero Arts stamp is a new favourite bird stamp of mine. The dry embossed and stenciled square is perfect. Thank you for sharing with us at Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge Blog!
