Over at Splitcoast today…It’s A Wrap. The Technique Lover’s Challenge is all about packaging for the upcoming holiday season.
I chose to decorate a ready made bag. First comes a layer of plain black card stock that’s been distressed and adhered to the bag. Next is a piece of plain textured card stock that’s been distressed, stamped and then I used the direct to paper approach for adding more ink to the paper. Several different images have been used several different inks. Then comes a large embellishment made from a large bow, two small craft picks from Prima, some lace which was wound down further onto the paper, a layered black snowflake and finally a stamped tag.
The tag is simply stamped on the same blush rose toned paper, cut out with a square Nestabilities die and backed with a Nestabilities Lacey square die.
