Telescoping Card

A fun challenge over at Splitcoast today; the Technique Lovers Challenge is making a telescoping card. I’ve shown you both the closed and open version of this card design.

Using two different larger sizes of Spellbinders nesties, I cut two different pieces of designer paper. Next I used a digital image for the top of the card cutting it with a smaller nestie in the same shape. It was printed on plain white cardstock. The two small “undies” digital pieces are paper pieced with designer paper from the same pack. They were popped up on dimensionals to add some interest and I colored the little red bow on the panties with a marker and then added some Stickles.

The inside sentiment was stamped with Real Red on white cardstock and adhered to the largest nestie die cut.

A fun and easy card to make. You can find a tutorial on the post at Splitcoast.

Recipe:

Stamps: Digital Stamps by Whimsie Doodles and inside sentiment from Stampin’ Up – Many Merry Messages
